I saw some packets broadcast to this port, with the string "WTOL" in them. There was a weather application on the box from a Toledo, OH TV station with the call letters WTOL. When the app was stopped, the traffic stopped, when it was started back up, the traffic started back up.

Have seen a large number of packets to this port; all the fragments contain the letters WHSV, which correspond to a local ABC Television affiliate in Harrisonburg, VA.

This is also the port used for Novell Groupwise to Groupwise message transfers.
