The Digital Forensics & Investigations Manager is a security position in the Company’s Strategic Security organization within Platform Services. This position is responsible for managing the Digital Forensics Lab, performing digital forensic examinations, assisting with digital investigations and collaborating with Global IT security and risk management on physical and cyber security joint initiatives

Job Description

The Digital Forensics & Investigations Manager will be responsible for managing the Digital Forensics Lab, performing forensic examinations on digital media and assisting with digital investigations to support numerous Company stakeholders. The Digital Forensics & Investigations Manager will work closely with Legal, Code of Business Conduct, Human Resources, Cybersecurity and the Strategic Security function to perform and support various joint initiatives.

Specific duties include:

Performing digital investigations including resolutions of potentially criminal matters
Supporting eDiscovery requests from Legal
Maintaining software tools and hardware in the Digital Forensics Lab
Evaluating current technologies and resources
Collaborating with Global IT security and risk management on physical and cyber security joint initiatives to include insider risk, site assessments and incident management and crisis resolution
Developing and delivering information security training
Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Appropriate Field Preferred
Relevant industry certifications preferred – CFCE, CCE, EnCE, ACE, CCME
Related Work Experience

Minimum of five years applied work experience in Digital Forensics and Investigations either in a corporate or law enforcement setting, or combination of the two.
Experience in the tools, techniques and methodologies surrounding digital forensics, incident response and eDiscovery including (but not limited to):
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Linux, Windows and MacOS
Experience in computer and mobile device forensic imaging, extraction and analysis
Demonstrated experience with forensic software such as Cellebrite, Magnet Axiom, EnCase, FTK and open-source forensic tools
In-depth understanding of operating system concepts, including registry files, log files, internet history, email, etc.
Possess and maintain at least 2 of the following certifications: IACIS Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE), ISFCE Certified Computer Examiner (CCE), EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), AccessData Certified Examiner (ACE), Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner Certification (CCME), or similar general/vendor specific certifications
Experience with Microsoft Security tools and Splunk
Experience with open-source intelligence search techniques
Experience in forensic litigation including report writing, expert witness testimony, discovery, and chain of custody
Excellent communicator and ability to collaborate in a team-based environment
Experience conducting interviews
Familiar with leading information security vendors and technology solutions
Demonstrated ability to gain and maintain the confidence of Company senior management
Proven ability to develop and present technically complex matter to leadership in non-technical manner
Have a portfolio of external relationships including public and private sectors security/legal communities
Demonstrated ability to deliver increasing results with limited resources
10-20% travel – Domestic and international travel to Company locations or government facilities.
