I recently encountered Long File Path issue in Windows 10. however i read that windows 10 have the capability to accept long file path characters more than 260 characters by editing the Local group policy or registry. But when i changed the registry and tried to copy the files i am still not able to copy or delete files or folders.
Although there are number of alternatives :
1. subst command can be used to copy files or folders
2. Map Network drive is one option too
3. Using any 3rd party tool.
but i dont want to use those options.
Is there any way around or any one have implemented the Long file Path issue by changing the registry or local group policy ?
Any suggestions will be welcomed
