Greetings! We have several AV devices going up soon here at our company. I'm advocating for them to be placed on a separate vlan from our company primary, mission critical vlan- completely segmented. What do you think? I know these devices are exceedingly hard to put on a network without major issues. The device in question is a collaborative streaming device that allows users to share their computer content. We have a person that would like this to go on the primary vlan to enable users to shift seamlessly from their desks to the device. I'd like it to be segregated. THANKS! |
