At 00:18 (GMT/UTC +1) apart from the odd piece of text everything including downloads is still 3.6.9. Firefox itself (3.6.9) also thinks it is the most up to date version. It would be preferable if this type of diary entry included a warning that a new release is in the process of being made available and don't necessarily expect to be able to download it immediatly.
