Between my husband and myself, we have received 6 in the past three years. We\'ve had three years of free credit monitoring. The last nofication by an insurance company provided the best monitoring with all three credit report companies.
5 times, twice with free credit monitoring and 3 times they just replaced the card
within last year bank replaced MC with VISA but nothing indicating it was caused by a compromise.
I dont open thoes e-mails, so I dont know whats in them.

Then the monitoring offer was withdrawn. They THINK the data was not accessed
